Refund policy

Order cancellations

To cancel an order, email support@nimofan.com with your order number within 72 hours of placing it. If we receive your request within that period, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method, with no cancellation fee. After 72 hours, cancellation is unavailable under our voluntary cancellation policy because the order enters our production or fulfillment queue. This cutoff does not limit any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply to your purchase.

15-day voluntary returns

For eligible products, request a return at support@nimofan.com within 15 days of delivery, as shown by delivery tracking. Items returned under this voluntary policy must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Include your order number and reason for return; for a product issue, please also include photos where possible. Contact us for return instructions before sending anything back.

Customized products, gift cards and consumables are excluded from voluntary returns. For non-quality returns accepted under this policy, you pay the return shipping cost. If we provide a return label, its cost will be disclosed before use and deducted from the refund. These voluntary conditions do not limit your statutory rights.

Mystery products

We do not accept voluntary returns of Mystery products for non-quality reasons, including a change of mind or dislike of a randomly supplied style. Random selection within the product's stated description is not itself a defect. This exclusion does not limit any applicable statutory withdrawal rights or remedies for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

Promotional gifts and gift delivery

The promotional Premium Mystery Tanto has a product price of US$0 and a separate US$16.99 delivery charge. If you return the qualifying sword, you must also return its promotional gift. For an accepted return of the qualifying sword with its gift returned, we refund the gift delivery charge you actually paid: US$16.99 for an order billed in USD, or the amount charged in your original payment currency. Because the gift's product price was US$0, there is no gift product amount to refund. This is a refund of the original gift delivery charge; any responsibility for return postage is separate. These terms do not limit any statutory rights or refund deadlines.

Refund amount and timing

Product refunds are based on the amount you actually paid for the returned items after discounts, not their original or reference prices. Any refundable delivery charge is handled separately. We do not treat a shipping discount or subsidy as an amount you owe back.

For returns under our voluntary policy, we process refunds within 14 working days after receiving the returned goods. Where applicable law requires an earlier refund, that legal deadline applies instead.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method. Once issued, the time for funds to appear depends on PayPal or your wallet provider and any underlying bank or card issuer. Your statutory rights

Where EU or UK withdrawal rights apply, you may cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Those rights are not subject to our 72-hour voluntary cancellation cutoff or our Mystery voluntary-return exclusion. Required refunds, including standard delivery charges where applicable, are made within the legal deadlines. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact support@nimofan.com. The 15-day voluntary-return window and original-packaging condition do not restrict your statutory remedies.

For the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
