Material Introduction
- Blade (刃, Ha): Forged using the San Mai technique, combining a high-grade T10 tool steel core with layers of self-refined Damascus Steel. This complex structure enhances both the blade's strength and cutting ability. The blade is treated with traditional clay tempering methods, creating a distinct hamon and then meticulously polished in twenty-five stages using the Japanese three-color refined polish technique.
- Guard (鍔, Tsuba): The tsuba is made from nickel-plated brass and features detailed historical engravings that reflect the tachi's noble heritage.
- Handle (柄, Tsuka): Wrapped in genuine ray skin and high-quality striped fabric, which ensures durability and grip stability.
