カスタム刀の注文はご購入後に手作りされます。 ご許可ください 出荷前に3〜4ヶ月の製作期間が必要です。この時間はワークショップの時間であり、運送会社の輸送時間ではありません。
- 発送前の写真： 発送前に完成した刀の写真をお送りしますので、ご確認ください。
- 追跡は生産後に開始されます： 追跡番号は完成した刀の発送後に表示されます。
- 明確なコミュニケーション： サイトのメッセージまたは support@nimofan.comを使用し、注文のやり取りは一つのメインチャンネルで行ってください。
- デザイン変更： できるだけ早く、理想的には最初の1週間以内にご連絡ください。刃は通常最初に作られます。

What happens after you build your custom sword
Custom swords are not pulled from a shelf. We confirm the details, make the blade by hand, send photos before shipment, and only then does carrier tracking begin.
Your custom order in 5 steps
- Build the design online.Choose blade, steel, polish, saya, fittings, inscription, and other options in the customizer.
- We confirm unclear details.If an option or note needs clarification, we contact you by site message or support@nimofan.com.
- The blade is made first.Request design changes as early as possible, ideally within one week after ordering.
- Finished photos are sent.You see the completed sword before it leaves the workshop.
- Shipping starts after production.Tracking is created after dispatch, not during the handmade production period.
Why 3-4 months?
A handmade sword has many fit-and-finish checks: blade forging, heat treatment, polish, saya fitting, handle wrapping, fittings alignment, and final inspection. If a blade does not pass our quality check, remaking it can add time. That is normal for handmade work, and we will communicate if it happens.
Photos before shipment
We send finished photos before shipping so you can confirm the final look. These photos also give both sides a fair reference if the package later arrives with transit wear or damage.
