Shipping Overview

Since NIMOFAN Katana's products are handcrafted, delivery times vary based on the product you purchase.

We will process your order within 3 days. As our artisans handcraft each sword, production typically takes 7–21 days, potentially extending to 30 days during holidays. Shipping usually takes 7–15 days, but delivery times may vary due to customs and weather conditions. We'll do our best to complete your order on time and appreciate your patience.

During certain times of the year, such as Christmas and sales, these times may extend to 45 days. Please ensure your country or region allows the purchase of katanas, as this is crucial for receiving your sword.

However, due to various international regulations, shipping availability may vary depending on your location and the type of product.

📦 Shipping Rates

🚫 We no longer offer free shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. This ensures accurate and transparent pricing for all customers.

  • Shipping fees are not included in the product price

  • Final shipping cost will be shown before payment

  • Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees


🧾 Customs Information

  1. Duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
    Only countries within the European Union are tax-included. Other countries and regions — such as North America, Australia, UK and Saudi Arabia — are not tax-included.
    Important: For swords longer than 1.18 meters, taxes are not included regardless of destination country.

  2. If customs duties arise, they must be paid by the customer.
    NIMOFAN is only responsible for duties or taxes required from the seller side. Customs fees are not collected by us and must be paid locally by the recipient.

  3. If your package is returned due to failed customs clearance, we are not responsible for any compensation.
    This typically occurs when the recipient fails to cooperate with the logistics carrier. If the clearance exceeds the time limit and the package is returned, NIMOFAN will not be held liable.


📬 Delivery Time

  • Most regions: ~7–15 days

  • Europe: Typically 17–20 days

Note: ⚠️ Tracking may appear stagnant for up to 15 days. This is normal. Your package is in transit and being securely processed.

Delivery usually occurs 2–5 days after logistics data appears. This delay is part of a protective shipping method that simplifies customs clearance in certain countries. Please do not worry — your sword is on the way.


📦 Important Shipping Address Information

Make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Avoid abbreviations or nicknames.
If the package can’t be delivered due to incorrect address information, NIMOFAN Katana is not responsible.


🔔 Delivery Notifications

  • Stay available to answer courier phone calls

  • Pick up your parcel promptly

  • If marked “Delivered” but not received, contact the delivery company directly


🔍 Tracking Your Order

  • We’ll email you a tracking number after shipment

  • Use it on our Track My Order page

  • Tracking info may take up to 48 hours to appear
