Refund policy
Return Eligibility:
- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.
- Customized products, gift cards, and consumables cannot be returned.
How to Return:
1. Email us at contact@nimofan.com within 30 days of purchase.
2. Include your order number, reason for return, and product photos.
3. We'll provide a return label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after we receive the return.
- You'll be refunded using your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 30-90 days to appear in your account.
Exchanges:
For the fastest service, return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos.
Disputes:
1. Contact our customer service first to resolve issues.
2. If unresolved, use the free mediation service provided by NIMOFAN Katana.
3. PayPal or Stripe will mediate disputes for orders placed through their platforms.
