Refund policy

🧾 Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 15 days of delivery (based on logistics tracking status).

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

  • Customized products, gift cards, and consumables cannot be returned.

  • For returns not caused by product quality issues (e.g. change of mind, wrong item ordered), customers must cover the return shipping costs, and we reserve the right to reject such return requests. Please contact us before sending anything back.

🔁 How to Return

  • Email us at contact@nimofan.com within 15 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number, reason for return, and product photos.

  • We’ll provide a return label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund (unless it’s a quality issue).

💰 Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 14 working days after we receive the return.

  • You'll be refunded using your original payment method.

  • Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 30–90 days to appear in your account.

🔄 Exchanges

  • For the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We’ll make it right.

  • If no resolution is reached, you may use NIMOFAN’s free internal mediation process.

  • For PayPal or Stripe orders, their platform will provide official dispute resolution.
