Yes, we ship worldwide! But here is what you need to know:

Countries We Successfully Ship Katanas To:

We regularly deliver sharpened katanas to the following countries:

USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Singapore, Japan, and more.

Japan: We can ship sharpened versions to Japan. Estimated transit time after shipment is 12-15 days.

Note: Only European Union countries (excluding the UK) include tax in the shipping price. Other regions, including North America, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and Japan, do not include tax unless clearly stated at checkout. If customs fees arise, buyers must pay them locally. We only cover import duties that sellers are legally responsible for.

Important: For swords longer than 1.18 meters, taxes are not included regardless of destination country.

Countries with Restrictions:

Due to import laws, we cannot ship to some countries, including China and certain other restricted regions. Please check your local import regulations before placing an order.

For extra peace of mind, you can select shipping protection at checkout where available. This helps cover eligible shipping issues, but it does not replace your responsibility to confirm local import rules.

Processing & Delivery Estimates

• Order Processing: 1-3 business days.
• Production Time: Standard Swords: 7-21 days (up to 45 days during peak seasons/holidays). Complex/Custom Orders: 1-3 months depending on craftsmanship (e.g., Sanmai/Honsanmai).
• Shipping Time: Non-European Regions: 7-15 days. Europe: 17-30 days.
• Note: While we strive for timely completion, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or weather conditions.

Within 7-21 business days after receiving the order confirmation email, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your handcrafted sword is completed and shipped. During holidays, this may extend to up to 30 days. After shipping, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days, depending on your location, customs processing, and weather conditions. You can track your order by clicking on"Track my order."

Please provide a complete standard address format, avoid abbreviations or local terms. Incorrect addresses may result in delivery failure and are not eligible for refunds.

Keep your phone available for carrier contact and collect your package promptly when notified. For packages marked as "Delivered" but not received, please contact the delivery carrier directly. We can provide their contact information if needed.
