What should I check before ordering?
Review the product photos, video when available, steel/material details, length, sharpness option, shipping policy, and 15-day return policy. For non-quality returns, shipping costs may be deducted.

What happens after you build your custom katana
Custom swords are not pulled from a shelf. We confirm the details, make the blade by hand, send photos before shipment, and only then does carrier tracking begin.

Why 3-4 months?
A handmade sword has many fit-and-finish checks: blade forging, heat treatment, polish, saya fitting, handle wrapping, fittings alignment, and final inspection. If a blade does not pass our quality check, remaking it can add time. That is normal for handmade work, and we will communicate if it happens.
Photos before shipment
We send finished photos before shipping so you can confirm the final look. These photos also give both sides a fair reference if the package later arrives with transit wear or damage.
