This is the Kinkō Tachi – a 26-inch full-hardened japanese tachi sword that blends ceremonial grandeur with authentic battlefield performance.
Forged from T10 tool steel using a traditional full-hardened yaki-ire technique, its blade reveals a bold tiger-stripe hamon pattern and a true yokote kissaki, all enhanced through 25-step Japanese-style polishing.
The kinpaku lacquer saya glimmers with gold flake texture and is decorated with formal kamon crests, while the tsuka is wrapped in rich blue cord over white samegawa rayskin and fitted with intricate gilded brass koshirae.
This tachi is not only a visual masterpiece, but also a fully functional weapon—ideal for display, gifting, or martial training.
