During holidays, this may extend to up to 30 days. After shipping, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days, depending on your location, customs processing, and weather conditions. Please provide a complete standard address format, avoid abbreviations or local terms. Incorrect addresses may result in delivery failure and are not eligible for refunds.

Keep your phone available for carrier contact and collect your package promptly when notified. For packages marked as "Delivered" but not received, please contact the delivery carrier directly. We can provide their contact information if needed.
